These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the apps and services provided by RAMDAS GAT ("we", "us", "our"), an independent app studio based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms.
1. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for their intended purpose on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the apps except as permitted by law.
2. Your responsibilities
- Use the apps in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Keep your device secure; you are responsible for data stored on your device.
- Do not use the apps to harass, spam, or harm others (for example, misusing messaging features).
3. Your content and data
You own the content you create in the apps (transactions, tasks, lists, documents, etc.). Because most of our apps store data locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
4. Third-party services
Some features interact with third-party services (for example, sending a message through WhatsApp). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
5. No warranty
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAMDAS GAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the apps.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms or the apps at any time. Continued use of an app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
